Please note that here at Ethique, we’re committed to reducing waste wherever possible - and that includes being mindful about returns. Unfortunately, once products have left our warehouse, we’re unable to resell them due to hygiene and safety reasons. Our products are packaged in home-compostable packaging and do not use plastic safety seals, meaning returned items often have to be discarded, creating unnecessary waste and environmental impact. 

That’s why we take a case-by-case approach to refunds and first aim to help customers find a better product match through troubleshooting, tips, or replacement recommendations. Refunds are generally limited to one or two products maximum per order to help reduce waste and prevent fraudulent bulk refund requests or unauthorised resale activity. 

 

    What’s our returns policy?   

    Although we back our bars 100%, we know that trying out solid products can be new and tricky!   

    If you’ve tried one of our products and it wasn’t quite the right fit for you, please reach out to our Miracle Workers at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to help troubleshoot any issues with our favourite tips and tricks. 

    At first instance, we’ll always aim to find a more suitable product for your hair, skin, or preferences and may offer a replacement product recommendation to help you get the best experience possible. If we’re unable to find a solution that works for you, you’re welcome to return the product(s) for a refund of the purchase price. 

    To be eligible for a return, products must have been purchased directly from ustxaass.top within the last 30 days and valid proof of purchase must be provided. 

    Please note that we monitor return activity for misuse of the policy and reserve the right to limit or deny returns in certain circumstances.
